●     1 or more years experience in a related field

HIV Case Manager

Participates in providing services to HIV infected persons. Work involves travel to promote awareness to HIV infected and affected in the region, develops service plans, and to provide evidence-based intervention programs, community outreach, community planning and counseling/testing to those at risk of exposure. In addition, the employee assists with community awareness and education.

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Valid State driver's license
• Two or more years of case management
