ONE openings for  HIV /AIDS Case Manager / Prevention Specialist

Primary responsibility of this position will be education and prevention activities and promote healthy behaviors.
Successful candidates for the position must be dependable, autonomous, highly self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, results oriented and comfortable speaking to groups.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Public Health, Counseling, Health Education, Sociology, Psychology or other related field; Registered Nurse, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing; or minimum of two years’ experience in case management and training in counseling, sociology or psychology; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
